有机小分子化合物库的构建和化学基因组学研究
化学基因组学是一门新兴的交叉学科,是探索和理解重要生命过程的方法和手段。我们致力于发展简洁高效的、能有效实现化合物多样性的组合合成研究;通过天然产物及其类似物的组合合成,进一步通过生物筛选来寻找和发现探索生命过程的小分子探针以及具有特定生物活性的药物先导化合物。
