研究领域及兴趣:
应用基于分子振动和电子跃迁的线性和非线性光谱技术在分子层面上研究生物大分子的折叠机理、结构、构象动力学、功能以及它们之间的关系。目前的研究方向包括但不限于:
- 发展基于非天然氨基酸的光谱探针;
- 发展基于非天然核酸的光谱探针;
- 发展基于能量或电子转移的分子尺;
- 研究各种环境条件对生物分子的折叠、聚集、反应、和动力学的影响;
- 用非天然氨基酸或核酸调控生物化学反应;;
- 研究光敏蛋白质结构动力学和功能的关系;
- 发展基于散射的多维振动光谱技术;
- 发展基于化学反应的成像技术。
