1)低维纳米材料的可控生长和化学合成: 主要利用化学气相沉积(CVD)技术和化学合成等手段,发展纳电子器件、分子电子器件用新材料。
2)纳米材料与纳米结构的制备、组装、表征、性能及其应用研究。
