2004年  获得“中国真空科学与技术”硕士、博士优秀论文奖(中国真空协会)。
2004年  获得所长奖学金优秀奖 (中国科学院物理研究所)。
2005年  获得2005年度中国科学院杰出科技成就奖“薄膜/纳米结构的控制生长和量子操纵”集体,完成人之一(中国科学院)
2006年  入选中国科学院优秀博士论文
